Well guys what can I say? I am simply dumbfounded by the results of last weeks runs at PBIR. When I set out to be the fastest stock bottom Dsm I never guessed we would have been able to get this far. The 4g63 has proven to be one of the best OEM short blocks ever made and can still be faster but only time will tell just where the breaking point is on them. Some may be guessing what changes did we make from last year but all we did was change out cams , swap out the stock intake manifold for a JMF Drag and try a new Ostar Motorsports exhaust manifold :thumb:. Boost remains the same at 39psi with the 3794 from Forced Performance.

 

congrats!!! that's awesome! I love the fact that it's still a manual car as well! I will be pushing my stock block very soon! Looking more forward to it after seeing this video!!!

That was going to be my question as well until you see the car stop and then he puts it back into gear in the vid and you hear the signature "Clunk" lol! Great runs guys! What fuel are you guys runnin? Car sounds and looks great! You guys still on a stock t-case or is that the shep upgraded one as well? Looks like he's takin it pretty easy out of the hole! Great great times on a factory shortblock!!! Keep up the good work fellas!
