I did the swap myself.. Id never pay anyone to do engine work. ZC motor, just to be cheap (nothin to brag about)

How much did u pay for the motor? Thinking of doing a zc swap...

 

I paid 550 from Royal Japan Engines -- Cool guys to deal with. They were recommended to me by RPM.

 

Royal Japan? Where are they located? I also live in New York actually not to far from you I live in Springfield Gardens. How hard was the swap, I have 90 Civic std.

 

Damn, I'd pay for the shipping and plus a little for the effort!

Hey, thanks for the engine BigDaddyRich, we just got home in one piece. Engine looks great in the light. Btw, the night didnt go through without a problem. For some crazy reason, the engine wasnt drained of oil like you told us. And it spilled oil all over the car. But thats not even the bad part, the only place it spilled oil is on top of these folders, which just happen to have the owners most important documents and certificates in. No ones to blame I guess, we should have just prepared the car better. Hope my friend doesnt loose his life over this. Either way, thanks for the engine.

 

Man, I wish I could pick up those engine.. damn Florida...

Enabi.... Ur welcome, Im sorry about the oil spill..... I was almost positive that I drained that engine when I pulled it out. I was hoping you guys were coming with a Van or something, but Im glad everything worked out well. Good Luck.
