A ECU Question
come to think of it....just a shot in the dark, but if you have having "no-start" issues, then the immobilizer system might be relevant to your problem...

Google "honda immobilizer" and find out if your car is equipped with the immobilizer. If it has an immobilizer, i think you might be unable to just "swap in an ecu" because the immobilizer system is tied in with the ecu and every component has to be factory-programmed to match each other.

Perhaps to test the ECU it may be best to have a friend's P13 handy. Of course you would need a conversion harness though...
