Default obd0-1 conversion i want to ad an engine light but how?

ok so i got a b16 swap in my crx its not a street car it has no dash or gauges just the bare wiring and a tin dash inside...so here is my question....

I got a obd0-1 converison harness with a chipped ecu i wanna hook a light up in the dash to act as my engine light and when something comes up it turns on and i then flick a toggle switch to make it blink....anyone got any info on how to go about this or where i can find the instructions on doing so? i cant be the first person to wanna do somethng like this lol

Okay so I am not sure about your particular ECU you are running, but if the wiring is like the AEM 30-6040 which fits the 92-95 Integra/Civic/blah the Malfunction Indicator Lamp is on Pin A13. This is a low side grounded output. So you would need a light with 12V on one side and the other side goes to the ECU.

The Service Check Connector is on pin D4. However I am not sure if it is 12V or a grounded connection. My best guess would be a grounded connection. So you would need a switch to ground on one side and the other side going to pin D4
