Stage 3 clutch doesn't really mean anything.
Are axles properly installed?

With the speedometer issue I'd have to suggest you double check your install. I haven't heard that one before.

One of your axles is not fully inserted into the transmission differential.

its acting like its slipping but it shouldnt be.
it was all installed properly and the only thing i can think of is if something came loose while trying to put the engine back in.

Can you jack the front up (secure it), pull the cover plate and have a person push the clutch pedal in while you observe what is happening?

have you bled the clutch? Also if one axle is not in all the way the car will not move. Are the shift rods moving?

im having the same exact issue only I dropped the >tranny< (gigity) to see if there was an issue inside with some of the other gears and after taping together all the gears for removal ( as the manual suggest) I find nothing looking worn down other than normal wear on the syncro's I thought my axels were all the way in also but now I have to think I may have the wrong intermediate shaft
