Default Many questions about my Rex, please help

Well first, my 89 rex's interior has some tears on the door panels, is there anything out there that is specifically made to seal tears and holes up? If I don't find anything, I'll probably just try little bits of bondo at a time. (Kinda a bad idea, but anything will be better than how bad it looks now.)
Second, whenever I first go to start my rex in the mornings, it idles at 2k for a few minutes, and then it idles fine. Would I just need to clean out my IACV with brake fluid?
Thirdly, my rex is straight piped with a fart canon on it(I FUDGING HATE THE CANON!!), and the idiots that had it put the exhaust on the right side.. So I was planning on cutting the exhaust, welding new pipe to go to the left side, and just running a straight pipe. Does anyone know where to I could get pipe to do this?
Fourthly, a buddy of mine has a paint gun and all of the needed tools to do a proper paintjob. But I am looking into doing a matte black/satin black color, and I am not quite sure on where I could get this either. Would anyone know?
FINALLY, I want to get Oz Superturismo WRC white rims, but being a 16 year old kid who works for minimum wage, I can't afford actual Oz's. So does anyone know where I could find look alikes? (Until then I will be riding on American Racing rims that looks like a hotwheel car's rims.. >.>

Haha, that's what I meant. My apologies, but should the brake cleaner fix this problem or does it just idle high at first to warm up?
