Just did a compression test and double checked it.

210 ACROSS ALL 4 FOUR CYLINDERS!

I will be picking up a distributor hopefully later today and eliminating the misfire and CEL.

After diagnosing the issue further I found out that there was a wire unplugged in the harness. Eliminating the misfire and the CEL codes. Car runs perfect. V-TEC engages. The transmission is smooth in every gear.

This little car is quick. I might just have to keep it and sell something else.
