Default Questions about Ground Controls

I have a few questions regarding ground controls.

Are they matched well with KYB AGX shocks?

I'm currently dropped on H&R sport and I' m looking to increase my ride height for the upcoming winter season, but would like to drop it back down for summer. How high do the GCs go? And how low? I only want like a 1.5 inch drop.

Last question, is the ride height easy to change? As easy as the KYB AGX adjustables or something similar?

I was considering getting the H&R OE springs to increase the ride height, but if the GCs work just as well, I might go ahead and spend the extra money.

My bro has that setup your talking about. . its pretty nice i guess. they are adjustable 1-4 inches. so whatever you want. they take about an hour or an hour half to adjust the ride hieght.

The KYBs should be a good match for you then, if you don't drop the car too low. AGXs no like that.

An hour and a half?!? Why so long? I do all four of mine in 15 mins give or take. The front wheels don't even have to come off, but the backs are hard to get to with the wheels on.
