Is 20A dash fuse 14 blown?

What brown plug? Post a picture.

Does voltage reach both the switch and wiper motor?

There is a brown and whitish plug together and they run out to the engine bay on the driver side and no fuse is good have full power at relay just nothing past that

Again, post pictures.

I assume you are not familiar with the wiper circuit. The only relay is for the intermittent wiper function. Is that the relay you're talking about? Voltage is separately delivered to the wiper motor and switch. Does it get there?

Voltage gets to the motor on the Grn/Blk wire. Did you test for voltage on this wire in the motor plug with the key in ON(II)?

I have a simliar problem, but the wiper wont stop once I start it. I have to pull the fuse to stop the wipers. Is there a relay near the motor that might fix this? i have a '96 Honda Accord.
Thanks!

Brandon
