Icon3 b18a1 idle problem Video inside

Recently did a b18a1 swap. The car turns on and idles crazy, it stays at 1800 Rpms and kind of sounds like rev limiter aha. Wondering if i can get your guys input on what this could be? Here is a video if how it sounds and idles

Here is a video.

I would imagine the CEL is on?

What code is it giving you?

IACV hooked up properly?

Sometimes cleaning them doesn't work if its really gone out and you might need a new IACV (may not even thrown a codes). Also check for a coolant leaks/cracks on your heater hoses I've had that cause that kind of idle.

Did you by any chance check your hoses for any cracks or properly connect to the right spot? You did say you swapped the B18a1...
Not to familiar with what your engine setup has, but should be similar to d16a6 i believe, but why not research and look into known "idle issues" while adding egr, iacv, dashpot, etc. to that google search. Had an issue similar to my ZC SOHC direct swap into my 1988 CRX Si found my solution within a few searches.

Just in case since idk what you did or looked into doing this swap properly...
This is for LS VTEC setup but it has some good info listed, I believe so at least
Default LS/Vtec into 1994, vacuum lines and idle troubles: https://honda-tech.com/forums/showthread.php?p=46567812

Then there's this vacuum diagram bellow as well take from
Default egr valve on 92 b18a1????: https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/egr-valve-92-b18a1-2851281/
