hey guys i have a 1994 honda accord lx automatic but the motor is a f22b1 and i know nothing about it. my transmission doesnt want to act right in the mornings i love my car but im lost when it comes too know what i have under the hood. someone please help this girl out.

Is there a delay in shifting into gear when you select one, or is the gear shift from 1-2 delayed?

 

its like u try to take off and u go know where for a few sec. but when it does shift out its fine.

 

Have you checked the level of the transmission fluid? How many miles on that transmission?

 

yes ive checked the trans fluid and since the motor has been swaped i dont know if the trans has been too. from what i know the old motor had 150,000

 

If the fluid is on the hash marks then you have enough fluid.
Go through the steps provided in the link. At 150K that transmission should still be fine. Although I would recommend a fluid change if its been over 30Kmiles.
