Default Brake issues

Today my cb7 started to have brake problems. When I pulled into my parking spot and the pedal sunk right to the floor but did stop the car. I checked brake fluid and it is right up to the max line. If I back the car up the pedal is firm but quickly looses pressure and sinks, after I drive a little it starts to sink again, only when stopped.

What can cause this, it has new front calipers.

The car also seems to miss when I hold the brakes.

Were the front calipers installed on the correct sides? The bleeder screw needs to be the highest point. If the calipers are on the wrong sides you will never be able to bleed the brakes correctly.

Why were the new calipers installed?
If the pedal is dropping to the floor, either the brakes need to be bled or the MC has failed an internal seal. And will need to be replaced.
