Default 97 civic coupe tail light wiring help

ok so i am trying to splice the power and ground wire for the brake light of my OEM spoiler on my 97 civic coupe. The wire for the spoiler tail light is cut. I dont know thats how i got it. I am trying the splice it onto the tail/brake light harness on the trunk. I dont know which wire is which. There is 4 different ones. Green/white, Red/black, Green/black, and Black - probably ground wire.
Can someone please tell me what each wire is for?

Why don't you just tap it into the High mount stop light in the center of your rear window? only 2 wires there...

No problem...Another thing about that spoiler wire, make sure you inspect it before connecting it to power. Make sure it is not cut or damaged in anyway that it can come in contact with the body of the car and possibly cause a short or a blown fuse.
