i replaced valve cover gasket,spark plug,wires,cap,rotor oil change pvc valve fuel filter,after the tune the car started with alot of smoke and sounds like a v6,idle is very stable but shake real fast and crazy,2 mins later no more smoke and i tried to start it again in the next day it wont start

also where do i install the springit up without the spring??

I dont have the first clue what that spring is doing in the distributor nor do I think you need it.
You do however have your plug wire locations completely mixed up.
I'm shocked if it actually ran like that.

Assuming thats an f22b2 with an external coil, you want the #1 cylinder (closest to the timing belt) attached to the #2 figure in your sketch.
The # 2 cylinder wire goes to #4 (on your sketch)
The # 3 cylinder wire goes to #1 (on your sketch)
The # 4 cylinder wire goes to #3 (on your sketch)
