Default Gas Tank Sucks the AIR, CEL code P4053

I've been noticing the car idle at 400-500rpm. I would of just adjust the idle speed on any other day if I didn't have a CEL that throws P0453 (Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage) Code to the Advance Auto Parts OBD Scanner. The gas tank has been sucking the air in since the day I bought it, and it seems like after I got the CEL it started sucking even more. So what is the best way to fix it?

I don't think the OP is aware that the EVAP system can use the IM vacuum to reduce pressure in the gas tank.

Bone Stock 1997 LX D16Y7 no bolt-ons, nothing. When I open the gas tank as soon as I turn it a bit, It sucks in air like there's a vacuum in the tank. Can it damage the fuel pump, because it's hard to pump fuel due to the pressure. Or is pressure formed due to bad fuel pump/lines. Or may be that sensor...
