Anyone Swap there SH to a base?
Just finished my motor. Trying to install the axles and I run into trouble with the suspension. I know that the whole suspension is different but do you have to swap out all of it?
My bad I figured out what the problem was.
btw mimi I did search

This has been done so many times it's practically common knowledge around here, search and you'll find your answer pretty quick.
the suspension is slightly different in the front.. the struts are taller, and springs are stiffer.. if im not mistaken.
since you know that i have a sh model with a h23vtec (you also bought the crankshaft from me)
as far as the axle situation, from going sh to base.. you can re use the passenger side axle.
as far as the driver side you have to have the 5 spd halfshaft, and the 5 spd driver side axle. (if my memory serves me well)
