94 accord just did a vtec swap and its a manual
whats the best way to put on the rear lower engine mount i forgot about that do i have to lift the engine to put it on cause i dont think i can get it in there

 

Ahh yeah that rear mount is a pita.
You will have to get the car as high as possible on jackstands and remove the front mount.
Why do you have to replace the rear mount?
Are you replacing the rear bracket as well?

Either way with the front and rear mounts unbolted you will be able to lift the rear of the motor with either a jack or overhead with a hoist to give you clearance to remove it.
The engines weight will be on the two outside mounts and you will be able to pivot it slightly.

 

I will have to say that your not going to make many friends in the Acocrd family by pissing on other peoples builds.

Took you a month of weekends to do what most would do in a day. So your SOHC VTEC swap...what did that get ya....better fuel economy?
