So here's the story. I initially had Hawk HPS pads on my legend caliper upgrade w/ cooper rotors but I found out they were glazed because I messed them up during the bed in process a few months back. I finally had the chance to swap out the pads to Bendix CT-3 today and my pedal feels much softer!
I did however notice that my ABS unit had a wooshing air sound everytime I pressed on the pedal. Does anyone know how to bleed the abs on a 98+ teg? I did some research and do know that the 94-97 has a different ABS unit with a resevoir and nipple but what about the 98+? I've already bled the brakes all around in the correct order and I found no air bubbles in the system. I'm pretty sure I need to bleed my ABS, if not then I'm suspecting it to be my master cylinder perhaps? Can anyone try to pitch in some ideas? Really appreciate it, thanks!

Were any of the pads or pins stuck when you changed them? It sounds to me like something was sticking and now that you've unstuck it by changing the pads your pedal is just able to push more fluid so it's going down further.
If there wasn't air in your system before you changed your pads, and you haven't done anything except change your pads, then there shouldn't be any air now.
I have a 97 and there's a bleeder on my abs unit but I looked up an 01 on AllData and they didn't list any ABS bleeder in the bleed procedure. Is it possible that there isn't a bleeder on 98-01s? I don't really know

No nothing was stuck. The calipers were new with new pins and boots. I'm not sure either but now I'm expecting it to be the internal seals of the master cylinder. I pumped it really fast with the car running and the pedal got firmer. Once I stopped pumping it got soft again.

I'm not sure if this is normal but when I brake coming to a stop light the pedal sinks a little as it downshifts but to the point where it reaches the floor.
