Default Crank but no start, Checked everything, no spark

OK so this too long of a story to write out, so Ill bulletize:

Bought a 1998 Civic EX MT not knowing the previous owner threw a D16y7 obd2b motor in.

Drove perfectly fine, except didnt have gauge cluster working, no speedo or tach, everything else worked fine.

Decided to swap a vtec head on to try to get the car back to normal.

Bought the head, ecu, and went through many different wiring harnesses trying to find an OBD2A ex harness. Eventually found a DX harness and decided to just wire up vtec and knock sensor.

ECU wiring was depinned and I printed out the diagram to repin it.

After repinning the harness according to the diagram, car still wont start, it turns over, I hear the fuel pump priming when key is turned to ACC and I here the relay click when I crank the motor then it clicks again when I stop.

Here is what Ive checked so far:

Triple checked all wiring to the ECU harness
Verified Main Relay functions
Getting 12 volts at Distributor black and yellow wire when key is turned to ACC.
Fuel pump is priming when key is turned to ACC.
Tried swapping ECU's
Currently pulling the following codes from both ECU's
P0135 and P1298
I have searched and searched both Google and this forum and cant find anything that is helpful.

Since I don't have all these codes memorized it would help if you actually listed what the codes were for.

Also in the FAQs are a couple of links to threads dealing with no start issues.

Ok

P0135: IAT High Voltage
P1298: ELD fault

Like I mentioned in the original post, I have searched this forum as well a Google for the past 3 days with no good answers. I have looked at all of the no start solutions in the FAQ and I have not seen anything that applies to my current situation.

BTW, this is what I used to repin the ECU:

Spark? What color is it? Injectors actually spraying fuel?

I already stated that there is no spark. There is power to the distributor but no spark to the plugs.

^looks like the only statement about it was in my title.

I have swapped distributors with a known working one with the same result.

I havent pulled the rail to verify if the injectors are spraying.

Sorry. I didn't see where you said you're getting no spark. Just that you're getting power to the distributor and that's it.

I can already see where this is heading so I'm going to bow out of this real early.

Figured out the problem. After taking the harness out, inspecting, reinstalling, and checking every single wire to see that there was nothing wrong, I realized when I re-pinned the distributor clip the pins were not pushed all the way through so it was barely making contact causing the no start/random start issue.

She's working half way good now, I had to figure out the ECU pins as some of the wires are the same color but go to different sensors.

Didnt think all of this was going to be so tedious but at least now I know that my harness is in perfect condition as well as all my sensors and ECU.
