Rotor set screw ? if gone will it make car run crappy ??!

Icon3 Rotor set screw ? if gone will it make car run crappy ??!

I am missing my rotor set screw I just discovered after replacing cap and rotor and then having hesitation issues. Will a missing set screw cause this ??

Please help ?? In a bind! Thanks guys !

Well you do not want the rotor loose in anyway. You might be able to order one from honda dealer prob under a buck. How old is the cap and rotor, maybe time to replace anyway.

Side note some cheap aftermarket rotors do not use a screw they are pressure fits.

Yep, sure will, like the guy above me said some aftermarket rotors don't have a hole for the screw, but otherwise you need one.

mine were stripped, the shop said I didn't need them, but i got them from honda for like $2
