integra under dash help

integra under dash help
94 integra sedan LS, in the fuse block under the dash I have a wire that is fried. Trying to figure where is goes, I have traced it up and behind the cluster and into the harness that feeds past the cruise and light dimming switch.
Connector location
From the right side it is the 5th wire towards the left on the bottom
Gray arrow is the connector
Red dot is wire location
