Default Sumped Vs Surge Tank's

I searched and cant find my answer to what I want. I am looking at either sumpin my tank or getting a surge tank kit. I know the sump isnt as good when it has less fuel in the car but looking at pros and cons. Would I have to run as many lines if I were to go with surge? My fuel system is currently Walbro 255 intank, bosh 044 inline with AEM fuel rail, AEM FPR and ID2000's. I will be ordering another 044 to run dual bosch 044's and looking for input on both and which everyone uses on there personal car.
