For the most part no. You can use the 4 door harness in a coupe, but not the other way around. Window regulators wont swap.

If we are talking the wiring harness, then yes it will work - mostly. I describe this in my DIY, which you should have read - and if you didn't then you didn't search hard enough. The wiring to the door lock actuator needs to be extended, and some wiring pins need to be changed around at BOTH power window switch connectors. Everything else reaches and is fully compatible. You also need a different connector for the driver's window switch, which can be scrounged from a spare 4-way hazard switch connector.

Even less fuss might be an Integra wiring harness though I haven't tested this myself ....yet.

Yes is see no problem other than some re wiring if necessary. I never seen or heard of anybody doing this but I'm sure it shouldn't be no problem. They are the same car and just one has extra 2 doors. The wiring harness shouldn't be any different between a 4 door and a 2 door. If anything you will have to do some rewiring, but anything is possible it's a HONDA!. If that ends up being too much work just go to your local junk yard and pull a wire harness from a coupe.

Hope this helps! Happy Tuning!

4 door harness just requires some repinning. Most of its the same. Im using one as a test bed for my conversion. So at the moment, I just have a bunch of extra wires for 2 windows Im not interested in. I cant say for the lock actuator however, as I simply grabbed the lock mechanism with the harness.
