So recently my left high beam on m 94 civic DC 2 door sedan went out all the other light s work including. The right high and low beam I checked fuses none were burned out ( also I don't know if its relate but the dash highbeam inidicator doesn't work

 

Check the bulb?

 

yeah the bulb works fine. The low beam works. but not the high beam i swithched it to the other side and the high beam worked there so there is no prob with the bulb

 

Maybe the wire is cut somewhere along the line? DO you have access to a multimeter? Also make sure you actually test the fuses. I don't think it would be a fuse just because one works and the other doesn't.
