I got a dhracing 1layer hg for a compression bump to 11.1:1 but I'm doing a rebuild and wanted to know what's a good,safe and the max amont to deck the head and what kind of compression ratio I would be at and how much pressure is too much for these notoriosly weak h ringlands......chime in

You might have more luck in the All Motor forum.

Only thing that comes to mind is check your p2v clearance

p2v = *boom*. :0

buy some clay or some playdough or something and check your current clearance. If your compression is already 11:1, then your p are probably dangerously close to your v (giggity). And, iirc, a "built" head usually means that you can expect your v's to open farther down than a stock head (my apologies if I am wrong on this...i am just a hobbyist).

Basically, I think you are on a thin layer of ice and you are moving towards thinner ice. USE THE CLAYY!! (haunting echo voice)...lol
