Cylinder Head Cover Bolt Broke! Help!
Hey guys, after painting the head cover of my engine, i was putting the bolts back on when i guess i screwed the bolt on too hard and it broke, now theres a piece of the bolt in the nut thing or whatever you want to call it, I put some pics, is it safe to drive like this? and how would i get a new bolt, i checked hondapartsnow, no dice. The Engine is a D16Z6 if it helps.

You can use a bolt/broken stud extractor set from sears (or where ever you may go for your tools) to remove that broken piece. It's very tricky though but it can be done. For the bolt replacement, you may have to go to your local dealer if you can't order online (have you tried Majestic?).
Have you used an ez out before? That is a narrow bolt, you will need to drill dead center then use the ez out try by hand first and you basically screw it the opposite way it should grab it to help ease it out.
