What is this on my D16Y7 Intake Manifold
What is this for? I have it capped off now but when i got the car it wasnt. It ran fine before I guess because the ecu was compensating which is why my mpg was so low. Now that i capped it off I get a little better mpg, but i dont see what is supposed to be there, i dont have any loose hoses.
