Default did a little test and tune

well went out yesterday and did a little t&t

this was at 20psi/6.5psi in the tires/killing it at the 1/8th and coasting through. this sint great but its my best to date as far as the 1/8th goes.
i was hitting ingnition cut in 3rd for some reason as well wich is set at 10,100rpms figue due to spinning. the track wasnt great, and it was 65 degrees as well

later on i tried 25psi and ran 11.01@108 coasting after the 1/8th was really trying to work on the short track. i started with building 10psi off the line, and backed it down in increments to 5psi off the line with 6psi in the tires

Try 10psi of boost again and pulling 4-6* of timing in first gear. That works REALLY well for cars making power like yours.

A friend of mine was spinning out of the hole really bad until he pulled 6* in first and immediatly went from mid 1.7 to low 1.6 60' and knocked his E.T. down from 10.4 to 10.1. He litterally let the car cool off just long enough for him to look at the logs and adjust the timing in first gear. He is making low 700's. At the least give it a shot on and report back. When you back the timing down it lowers hp and seems to make the car less violent to launch.

well making 700 in 1st probly aint happening lol

i was also at 7 psi in the tires so its not something i didnt expect it was more to get the car down the track and straight without any major hickups. my suspension isnt great either its ksport pro-controls 9.8k front/5k rear lol.

new blox are going in tonight with new lca's. this is where i will gain my 60' as well as an alignment on slicks and cornor balancing.

it will go low 10's this weekend on 25-28psi

Haha he wasn't running all 700hp off the line. That is just ridiculous. He had boost by gear and kept it below 10lbs and pulled timing in first. Swapping out your suspension will def help also. I would give it a try. I think you will be surprised.

Oh and do you want to sell your suspension? If so send me a pm!

From the people I have talked to that run down in the 9's they think they are in the 300 to 400's if they had to guess. Hey sanman, run that by your tuner and ask some other sfwd guys their opinion on that. Is your tuner track tunning or just dyno tunning for you?

Im interested in seeing how much the blox drag coilovers help you out. I damn near bought a set but after reading it didn't seem really worth it as peoples 60's were in the 1.7's which is where I am at now on off the shelf koni/gc setup. I am still open to changing out if I see people cutting better 60s though.

Car should haul *** for sure!!! Good luck with it man
