ebrake problem..

ebrake problem..
just piced up a 96 civic ex. and the ebrake isnt working. u can pull it all the way up. and nothing. doesnt grab or anything. wat can this be, and how can i fix it? thanks.

Remove the armrest console and check/adjust the cables that attach to the e-brake handle.
BTW....off the subject but I used to live in Merced when I was younger. Miss that place...
