Default b18a1 issues

Ive had this swap running for 3 months now. Been running without codes for a month or so. Now the issues are after warmup the engine just doesnt want to idle. It will drop to 500 and sometimes 400rpms idling. This cause it to shut off sometimes. Also I've been getting 200 miles to a tank, full tank down to completely empty. What could cause this?

Clean the iat...iacv...and fitv sensors.
Cold start...
Let engine fully warm up...
Adjust idle screw

Just had to wire the map straight to the ecu last week. The map code just showed up again. Could this be all the problem? How often to map sensors actually go bad? I can always tell when the map code is on because you smell the rich gas while driving and the cel is on.

You can't really mix up the pcv valve lines, seeing as they are the biggest ones coming off the manifold.

I meant the pcv hose broke going to the breather box broke and I replaced it and the pxv with a used one. Don't see how that would effect gas mileage tho
