Car runs horribly at take off seems to sputter fuel. Smells rich. On a hill it tends to not want to crank. Any opinions would be highly appreciated. Changed out fuel filter and plugs are all good along with wires new dizzy and a new o2 sensor.

Code 43 is only thrown by OBD1 ECUs, and is exclusive to the Civic/Del Sol/Accord/Prelude platforms, Integra ECU throwing code 43 even being OBD1 would theoretically be impossible.
There is NO OBD0 code 43. OBD0 has no codes past 20.
For clarification:

Well put new ecu in less stuttering no solid blinks and three anymore only code 9. It is a new dizzy guess I need another one.

btw, what you listed was a HONDA category. If you had looked at a Acura section (b18a1) you would find it.
So many wrong information has gone through honda-tech and into others car.
DONT THINK, KNOW.
I was gonna say, I had a code 43 before when I fist swapped in an LS in my crx years ago. Turned out I had an open in the wiring for the fuel pump under the storage thing
This has been covered extensively many times before... It really helps to search...

Also, LOL at no code 43 on Acuras or OBD-0. "Bradley", you post a lot of misinformation quite often.

This is the only time I recall "posting incorrect information". You need to quit calling someone out for something when you don't know them very well.
There is a reason he posted it here -- to get everyone's opinion, not just mine. That's why forums have hundreds of users.
I never post incorrect information, I simply didn't know there was a code 43 on OBD0, had never seen it nor heard about it before. I did some searching and most people rule it out to be the FPR taking a crap on them *shrug* but it appears to happen RARELY.
That's the problem, your information comes from reading other misinformation. Thanks for confirming that.

If you REALLY need me to show you I can.

This is EXACTLY how misinformation is spread. Forums can be great, but when people like you contribute it makes them useless.

stop antagonizing people. if you have a problem, correct the info and move on. if it's a personal problem with his posting habits, PM him and/or be prepared to prove what you are accusing him of because he is disputing your claims.
thanks.
thanks.
