So I have a jdm b16a bone stock I've noticed this weird noise and I am worried my block may be a goner. So if anybody can help me out much appreciated. I'll post a vid so you guys can listen to that sound when I tap on the throttle

So i think it may be my belt tensioner of that's the case will it damage my engine if I don't change it ASAP?
