Advise on modding my Civic eg9/B16a swap
Well Hi, I got a civic eg9 with a B16a(Small Vtec) engine. I need and I mean really need some advise on Moding the engine cause cars here are really nasty (I'm from Thailand) because most of the cars here have turbo (Even Honda Fit have turbo

) and it seems that the Small vtec counldn't even catch up to them....... any good advise would be great!!
Thnk by the way!

Turbo or go home.
woa you can totally make 200whp on a b16. just not cheaply and cost vs. outcome wise not worth it. but it can be done.
if you want to stay NA ls/ vtec. but a fit is light and fast with a turbo.
so turbo.

So why are you laughing at him? We should all get laughed at cuz we own hondas... If someone likes hondas, who cares, if someone has a slow car, who cares?... Everyone get offended for no reason.
You're the only one getting offended apparently.
...its not like this is a honda website or anything
By the time I am done, I will have spent about $6,000 on parts, $1500 in labor/tune for my h2b swap, and it should easily be running 12's in the 1/4 mile. (not that I'll ever go to the drag strip, it's a DD/Autocross car)
I know for a fact I could have done the swap for $2,000 less, but not gotten nearly the quality of a swap I got.
I nickel and dimed myself to a much higher quality swap than I'd intended. The transmission is going to be [b]better[/img] than brand new.
And I'm sure a D-series with $4,000 into a turbo setup would probably walk all over me. I don't know, bench racing is kind of silly, but I think the car will be faster than most turbo d's on the road.
