Default OBD2B chassis, OBD1 GSR motor and ECU

I have a 2001 GSR chassis and a 94 GSR motor, ECU, wiring harness, and Jumper harness. To make a long story short, I'm running out of time to complete the project and am just trying to verify the compatibility. From my research, it appears that I should be Plug and play or at least very close. The things I've realized may not work are the IAB's, Vtec pressure sensor, and maybe the fuel pump. I'm not really positive of any of these until I put it all together and run my CEL's. I'd just like to know what to expect once I get the motor in and turn the key. If the fuel pump will be an issue, I'd like to at least take care of that before I even put in the motor so it will be getting fuel when I go to start. Any help is appreciated.

Fuel pump will not be an issue. If the ECU is from the 94 GSR and is stock or otherwise chipped and mapped for the GSR then you will have everything working as it should.
