Default Idle problem someone please help me!!!

I have a 94 civic the idle surges very bad it has a sohc zc with i think a z6 head my friend said the ecu was a p28 but there is no label on it the guy cut the fuse box wires and relocated it to the trunk i cleaned my iacv cleaned my fast idle valve burped the radiator i have codes but i dont c how it would b possible for all these to b bad. codes said iacv,tp sensor, map, vtec switch, heated o2 sensor. I found 1 plug not hooked up it has 2 wires 1yellow/black stripe 1 red wire. my valves need to b adjusted but i dont think thats the issue its running super rich plugs are just about fouled all i run is 93 octane cause i read zc engines have higher compression and putting a diff vtec head bumps it higher? Idk ive never had as much trouble figuring out wats wrong with a vehicle as i am this one someone please give me sum ideas i dont wanna get rid of this car an dnt have money to swap it yet and sure as hell dont wanna pay someone for sumthing i can fix with a lil insight any help is appreciated much thanks for your time

Try putting your hand on the throttle body while the engine is running. If it doesn't die, you've got a vacuum leak. If it dies, look elsewhere.

The loose plug is probably for the EVAP system.

If you reset the ECU and run the engine, which specific codes return? Have you checked for swapped sensor connectors?

It died i pluged the iacv with my finger it stoped. Code 3 7 10 14 22 41. And i changed the ecu do you think maybe the added wires to the fuse box wen he relocated it caused enough resistance 2 effect the sensor

Reset the ECU by removing the 7.5A hood Back Up fuse for 3 or more minutes. Then check to see if any of the codes return.

How do you know no sensor connectors are swapped? You need to ensure that connector wire colors match to the sensor.

List the wire colors in each connector for sensors throwing codes.
