i just upgraded all of the lights on the interior, i had regular SMD wedge bulbs before that changed the look of the interior, was a little brighter than factory, but wasn't bright enough for me, so i went ahead and measured what i could fit and i ordered SMD PANEL LED's from automation lighting

my order list consisted of this if anyone is interested in the same set up
-front map lights - "36smd t-rex panel light" x2
-rear map lights - "12smd godzilla panel light" x2
-front door lights - "t10 1watt high power" x2
-trunk light - "t10 9smd 5050" x1
-license plate light - "t10 5smd 5050" x2
-reverse light - "CREE 921/T15 5w high power" x1 (comes in a pair)

note: all pictures are taken with an iphone 4s with NO editing, i'm sure the pictures would have came out better if i used a nicer camera but this is all i have at the time

I have this in my car. Man it's sexy haha.

 

I might have to look into those reverse lights. I tried #1156 halogen bulbs in my reverse lights and the output was just a tad bit better than the stock #1156 bulbs. And that's not saying much.

 

CREE will make it a night and day difference

 

Looks pretty good. I've always wondered if those boards were voltage or current limited. Are there any components on the back side of the boards?

 

did you just stuff the led circut in there for your first pic or is it actually mounted? interesed to doing this for my ONE light in my civic LOL.

 

it's secure with the included double sided 3M tape, i just need to hide the wire better
