Default major fuel leak, 94 600f2

Hey guys. I have a 94 check f2. I recently changed the pet **** valve on the tank and then the bike wouldnt start, pulled the carbs and realized that the vacuunm hose to the diaphram of the petcock wasnt hooked up right. put everything back together today and I'm literally raining fuel out of these small ports on the carbs. Seems like too much fuel is dumping in to the motor and when I try to rev it up it stalls...so how do i adjust the fuel delivery from the carbs to the motor? Or does anyone think I have a different problem??

Any help would be appreciated

I'd check the o-rings on the fuel unions between each carb. Not saying that's the case, but it has happened to me at least a dozen times. The unions don't go in straight and snag the o-ring, causing fuel to seep out. The other thing to check would be the little valves in the bowls, make sure they're not stuck open. If you didn't take them out, you probably don't need to worry about it, though. In theory, if those valves and the floats are doing their job, no excess fuel should even see a way into the engine.

Well I have a 91 F2 and have had all kinds of problems with fuel delivery and it not starting
the most important thing to the F2 system is the Vacuum hose, if its to soft or has cracks it will give you a bunch of headaches.
But it sounds like you are getting fuel to the carb bowls, so two things that I know of could be happening
1, your floats or one of them is not floating anymore or is just stuck
2, gas is not leaking from your overflow at all and you just did not tighten your engine to carb boots enough and gas and engine pressure is being lost

So you can type in google cleaning Honda F2 carbs and find some decent instructions with the little tips for things to look out for.
