What can a '97 GS-R handle with only a Drag III turbo kit and GReddy SP exhaust? Currently, the car is running only 6lbs, and wanted to know how much this car could be boosted safely.

 

I would say that you shouldn't go that much higher unless you want to go BOOM!

 

yes until you have a good fuel set up, and have it tuned, play it safe at 6.


i fried my rings with boost at 8.5. that was a stock gsr, with dragIII. while at the track at famoso. i'm sure there are people that have gotten away with it. but i didn't.
