Default 99/2000 Civic SI pushing water out of radiator at hight rpm?

Hi guys. I have a problem with my SI pushing water out of the radiator cap at hight rpm. Could it be a bad cap or cracked sleeve. We replaced the head gasket 2 times already. Everything torqued and installed properly. There was no visible cracks in the sleeves.
Thanks

Partially clogged water passage? Try flushing the coolant system.

Got a new cap from Honda. Still blows water at high rpm. Head was checked for warping and it was good. Also pressure tested.
Option?

Done that already.

I'm thinking of making a air hose attachment and doing a pressure test in each cyl with like 100psi of air or more but who knows if that will help determine if there is a crack in the sleeve.

May be a bad water pump/pulley not circulating the coolant causing it to heat up. What's the mixture of coolant and water in it?

50/50
The car never over heats. Gauge is always in the middle or a little lower.
