Hey HT, I have an 86 CRX HF with a obd0 DOHC ZC Browntop.
When I'm at redlights or stopped it revs up and down almost as if it's trying to warm itself up, but even at running temp it does it. Help?
No lights/no codes. When I give it a little gas it runs great.

Don't mind the whine, it's in dire need of an alternator bearing.

 

iacv may need to be cleaned, or vacuum leak, or air in the coolant.

 

It could also be that the coolant lines to the iacv are blocked.
