My brother has an accord v6 6MT and is having electrical problems (windows won't roll down and power seat won't move)

I would like him to check the fuses but he has no service manual, i am not at the car. Is the diagram on the fuse box?

I believe there are two, one behind the dead pedal the other under the hood. Someone who knows, post up for me i really appreciate it!

 

Have him disconnect the positive and negative cables at the battery and connecting them together for about 15 minutes. This will "reset" the modules and could possibly fix his issues. It's good to do this first before any serious electrical troubleshooting. Remember, you're not touching the battery posts, you're connecting the cables together that are disconnected from the battery. Try that first and let me know if it works.

 

Thats tough for me to tell him he's afraid to touch his car much, but if someone can tell me where the window/seat fuse is located well look at that first then well try the battery.

 

Probably under hood fuse 20. It is a big 40amp one.

Can someone just answer me this, is the layout of the fusebox on top or do i need the manual to navigate which fuse does what.
