hey i just went to check my back yard and i found a whole friggin type R back there...anybody want some parts...real cheap *sarcasm*

 

and some people don't seem to mind that these parts are more then likely somebody elses.

Especially if you look at the 5 lug. That means he is saying he has an R. So wouldn't he need the LCA's at best?

Its hard to say if theyre stolen or not...honestly you never know.

I just think the guy isnt too familiar with the parts and just wants to get rid of them. He could get more for them if he patiently sold them on the open market, and I think any thief worth his slimjim would know that.

I have met people who have parts sitting around that they have no idea the value of them, and hell, if you offered them $500 for some old black 5 spoke wheels that came with their Integra they bought a while back...well damn, thats $500 to them, and some Spoons to you, all legit.

I think you really cant accuse people of something like that so easily, although I do understand the prices are low, not everyone is as edjumucated or informed as you think.

yeah, the guy could be dumb and not know their value.. or he could be selling stolen stuff.. who knows..

if his story, which is believable, checks out then I guess he's just stupid.. it would be great if someone in SoCal wanted to go take a peek at these parts..

 

The sad thing is, in the 24 hours Mike gives people before banning them, people selling stolen goods can contact buyers and have enough info from the buyers to do business without the use of the board.

I don't believe I've ever heard of one either.

The market for Ground Designs parts is not the same crowd that would pay money for a JDM front end when a headlight conversion is cheaper.
