Icon2 Flushing and replacing the fluids in my car?

I don't really want to pay jiffy lube to do it for me and I would like to know how to do it myself. I bought a 5speed 99 civic ek a month ago and everyone is telling me that I need to flush the fluids and change it. I got an oil change already so I wanted to know if anyone can tell me how to flush all the fluids and put new fluid in. So if anyone can give me a simple but informative step by step guide or a video it would be much appreciated! Thanks
