Default d16y8 problem running three cylinder

It would be helpful if someone could help me out because my car is throwing code #1 and code #1-4. If you guys want, I can post the video of car with the ecu flashing. By the way, I'm not so sure on how to decifer the codes. Also, my car is running on three cylinders only, ***! If you guys could help me it would be helpful because cylinder 1 is dead! I've tried switching new spark plugs and next I'm going to try and switch the injectors. Again, any advice would be helpful. Also, do I use the d16y8 map sensor or do I use my d15z1 map sensor because it's a d16y8 swap into a 92 civic vx...?

Why do you think it is on 3cyl's? Is it running really poorly? Did you do a compression test?

I took it to a mechanic and he said that cylinder one is not running. He said that I should probably change spark plugs and my injectors.. No, I haven't done a compressoin test yet. By the way, how much does it cost to do a compressoin test?

You can rent a tester i think. There are instructions on this site check the stickies. Not hard to do, you screw it into the sparkplug hole and go start the car a few times the gauge will give you a compression number then you measure across the across to see if one is real low that is the dead cyl.

Check to make sure you have spark through all 4 wires.
