Default dc5 conversion

sorry these questions have probably been done a million time. have a civic em1 goin to put integra type r engine in. but do i keep my civic gearbox or shall i have the integra's, same with the intake manifold and throttle body, which do i keep or change????????????

why would u want to keep the B16 tranny when the type R tranny is miles better

tuner said the gear ratio would be ok for type r engine. i take it i shud invest in type r tranny then? wot ways wud it benefit??
