No crank, no start, theres power in the starter once you turn the key to run it drops down to .67 volts but theres no crank, and yeah the battery is good

I was gonna get a gsr from a friend but he never ended up selling it to me so i put it back in and now it doesnt want to start all the lights turn on.
So it just like clicks and doesn't crank? Are you sure everything is connected? It's a stick right? Try jump/push starting it.
If that doesn't work I'd re-check all your connections again. If that's all good I guess you need to diagnose the problem more.

it sounds like the battery is dead to me it dosnt take much power to run lights, fan, exc. it takes alot to start the car or the bendix in the starter might be stuck u can tap the starter with a hammer while tring to start it
have you tested the battery to know its good? is the ground on the starter making connection?
do the dash/radio lights go off when trying to start?

alright so i left the battery charging for an hour and turns out i was missing the ground that connects to the tranny but now im getting sparks from there and it wont start
Are you sure you got the ground strap tight or even in the right spot? Is it even turning over now? If you think its a fuel problem try spraying starting fluid in it and see if it will run. If so you obviously have a fuel problem.
