I have a set of wheels and I need to know what tires will fit
Hey guys I have a set of 17x11JJ ET 40
Currently I have tires that are 205 r40 17
I have a 1995 civic 4dr lowered on neuspeed lowering soft springs
I want to have a little stretch in the tires nothing too crazy.
Can someone help on telling me what tire size I should purchase? Thanks

Am I reading this correctly? 17x11?
If so, do you have any sort of widebody kit, or fender flares?
If not, there really is no safe tire size for your car and those wheels. I can tell you that 205/40/17's are slightly oversized for the chassis (just outside the recommended safe range). And, I can also tell you that those tires are rated for 7 to 8 inch wide wheels. If your wheels are 11 inches wide, that is a serious amount of stretch.
I'd also like to point out that we do not talk about tire stretching here in this forum, for obvious safety risks.

Sorry typo, 17x7
Well udon want to stretch the tires per say, I want the tires to not bulge out, ad get this effect ). I would like more I a flat side wall, I think the tires on there now are unsafe.

195/40/17's would work for your setup. Yokohama S.Drives are available in that size, as well.
