Engine swap , b18b1 on a 92 honda civic si hb
Hey there, first of all, sorry for my english i aint the best.. thanks to understand.
I just bought an honda civic Si Hb 1992 , i already swapped a b18b1 on a 1999, but i was wondering if it was the same job to swap it on the 1992.
1- i know the motor mount are good,
2- i know the axle fit on the bearing
3- i know that the engine fit easy
BUT
1- my b18b1 computer is an obd1 , but the civic had the Si engin blow, so they just put an d16 on it, so how should i know for the computer if i need a convertor for the computer or not?
thanks for your help with this

You need to install an engine computer for which ever engine you are running.
You can also re-map or chip an obd1 engine computer for what ever engine you are running.
