Default tire size and lug nuts

hey ht
just picked up some slips for my dc. was wondering what tire size i should go with. im pretty low...id say 2 or 3 inches off the ground. i like to keep my fender liner so i dont wanna rub at all. i was thinking either 195/45/15 or 205/45/15
im would like to track this summer so i want a tire that can perform(without rubbing) but also look good.

also i need some lug nuts and its between the muteki extended open end or the blox extended open end.
any recomendations? i read a bit on muteki but couldnt find anything on blox. also is it bad to have open end due to rusting?
thanks h-t and pardon my noobness.

i'd say 195/50 or 205/50. I'd go with a better lug personally like buddy club or T1R. I've never used Muteki and i would never own anything by Blox.

195/45/15 and 205/45/15 size tires are undersized for the chassis. 195/50/15's are on the border of being too small for the car, as well (they're still within safe sizing... but only just).

205/50/15's would be almost the perfect size for the car.

I would probably trust the Muteki steel lug nuts over these 3 brands (probably all made from the same factory in Tawain).

Lugs are kind of hard to mess up. I've loved my Mutekis.

Though once I get extended studs/spacers I'll probably go with these:

A little pricey though at $200+

I like the Muteki Sr48 personally. It's steel and open ended plus 48mm long if you have extended studs. If you don't have extended studs just get the SR35. It's steel and also comes open or closed ended but it's 13mm shorter 1/2"

I've also ran the blox and have nothing bad to say but I just feel safer with a steel lug vs aluminum. Less of a chance of stripping them out if over torqued plus steel is harder so they won't get marked up as bad if you remove them often.

Only complaint I have is the color started coming off very shortly after I installed them and took it to a few car washes.
