electrical issue in climate control of my 94 del sol

electrical issue in climate control of my 94 del sol
if my car is off i can turn on my fan switch and the blower motor will come on. i believe there is a short to ground some place but im running outa places to look. anyone have any ideas? i have already checked all fuses and relays, all are good.
